Attorney Adam Jovanka has represented two different Health Maintenance Organizations (or perhaps one whose name changed). He first appeared when he represented Well Benefits, the HMO that was sued for wrongful death in 2x13 [Too Much Information]. In 3x03 [Desperately Seeking Shirley] and 3x04 [Fine Young Cannibals], he represented Wellness Health Care against a lawsuit brought by a client represented by Bethany Horowtiz. Despite his smug, confident manner, Attorney Jovanka's clients lost substantial amounts of money in both cases.
