Case: The client claimed that her employer fired her when she requested maternity leave for adoption.
CP&S Representation: Alan Shore and Claire Simms
Opposing Counsel: None. Alan and Claire talked to Clarice's employer, Mr. Faber, directly.
Presiding: Did not reach trial.
Result: Presumably, Clarice dropped the complaint.
Notes:

• Clarice was actually the cross-dressing alter ego of Clarence Bell.
• In their conversation, Mr. Faber suggested that he had fired Clarence because of his "psychological deficit", which led Alan to threaten a large wrongful termination lawsuit.
• Mr. Faber agreed to hire Clarence back as long as he would stop using the women's bathroom. However, Clarence turned down the offer and (apparently) did not pursue the complaint any further.
