Case: Ivan Tiggs sought to have his post-nuptial agreement with Missy annulled.
CP&S Representation: Shirley Schmidt represented Missy; Alan Shore represented Ivan.
Presiding: Judge Willard Reese.
Result: Ivan dropped the case.
Notes:

• Shirley had drawn up the post-nuptial agreement in episode 2x22 [Ivan The Incorrigible] which would give Missy 80% of Ivan's net worth, among other favorite assets, if Ivan was unfaithful in their marriage. (Ivan had already been unfaithful - with Shirley).
• Ivan wanted a divorce, but first he wanted to annul the post-nup. Alan argued that it had been signed "under both emotional and carnal duress". He also argued that Shirley's involvement with Ivan made her unfit to have written the original agreement.
• Ivan agreed to drop the request if Shirley would have dinner with him. While there, he attempted to win her over once again, but her response was "I can't love you anymore".
