Besides his role as on Boston Legal, Licata had a recurring role on The West Wing (2004) and has appeared on episodes of Law & Order (2001), Law & Order: SVU (2000), and Law & Order: Criminal Intent (2002, 2004). In 2005, he had spots on Threshold, Malcolm in the Middle, and That '70s Show. In 2006, Licata starred in the one-act play All Steps Necessary at LA's Inkwell Theater.
