Frank Richmond

Detective Frank Richmond investigated the murders of Joel Nolan and Judge Marcia Hooper and testified in the trials of Kelly Nolan and Scott Little, respectively, for those two cases.
Vic Polizos
Besides playing Detective Richmond, Polizos also played detectives in episodes of The Practice (2003) and in Bill D'Elia's Judging Amy (2000). His lengthy list of credits includes appearances on LA Law (1990) and Picket Fences (1993). He also appeared in two 1987 episodes of Married With Children with fellow co-star Katey Sagal.

Thanks for posting the image, Dana. I'm reminded that both of his court appearances on the show were in trials presided over by Judge Harvey Cooper. Also, I listed him somewhere as being in the Boston Police Department, but I noticed today that Lincoln Meyer - and presumably his neighbors the Hoopers - live in Brookline. So I suppose Detective Richmond is really a member of the Brookline P.D.
