Garrett Wells (played by Justin Mentell) was a first-year associate who was introduced in episode 2x01 [The Black Widow]. A graduate of Suffolk Law, Wells was often assigned the low-level tasks that none of the higher-ranking attorneys were willing to do. To his credit, he usually handled these tasks with gusto, sometimes with too much gusto, as in episode 2x05 [Men To Boys], when he was caught having sex with a paralegal in the file room at another law office, where he was supposed to be doing research. Garrett's low standing at the firm was underscored when he was thrown out of his office by Catherine Piper, the sandwich lady, in episode 2x14 [Breast In Show].

Garrett was last seen in episode 2x15 [Smile], when Denny pulled a coin out of his ear.
