Special Agent Kevin Drummond is the FBI agent who, in episode 2x09 [Gone] suggests (without really suggesting) to Brad Chase that he impersonate an FBI agent to interrogate Dominic Martini. Martini's brother Joe is the primary suspect in the kidnapping of little Tito Perez. Later, Agent Drummond also hands Brad and Denise Bauer a phony search warrant to get into the office of Father Ryan, Joe Martini's priest. The resulting search leads to dire consequences for several of Father Ryan's fingers.

Steve Ryan is a busy actor whose television credits date back to 1980's Emmy-winning movie Attica. He was on the regular cast of the Michael Chiklis sitcom Daddio (2000), and his numerous recurring roles include multiple episodes of Wiseguy (1990), Oz (1997), American Dreams (2003), Arrested Development (2004-5), and The West Wing (2003-present). He also appeared on one episode of The Practice (2002). In 2005, Ryan appeared in the film Partner(s), which also featured Julie Bowen.
