Megan Raulston was the daughter of Tom Raulston, Daniel Post's friend who had an inoperable brain tumor, 3x01 [Can't We All Get A Lung?]. Daniel was accused of trying to "purchase" a lung from Tom in exchange for paying for Megan's college education. During the Daniel's trial, Megan testified for the prosecution, saying that her mother had died when she was six years old and she wasn't ready to say good-bye to her father just yet.
