Mr. Faber was Clarence/Clarice Bell's employer in 3x02 [New Kids On The Block]. He had fired Clarence because he had grown tired of Clarice's cross-dressing antics. After Alan Shore and Claire Simms threatened to bring a wrongful termination lawsuit against him, Mr. Faber offered Clarice her job back, with the request that she not use the ladies' restroom.
