Sara Holt was a first-year associate who was introduced in episode 2x01 [The Black Widow]. Sara often worked with fellow first-year Garrett Wells, most notably when the two conspired to blackmail Reverend Donald Diddum, who was representing Denise Bauer's husband Tim in an ugly divorce battle. Sara also had a memorable dinner date with Alan Shore, during which he got up and serenaded the restaurant with his own version of "Ya Got Trouble" from The Music Man in episode 2x05 [Men To Boys].

Sara was last seen in episode 2x09 [Gone] when Denny Crane ordered her into a conference room to help intimidate opposing counsel Warren Peters in Randall Kirk's paintball assault case.
