Ellen Bry's television credits date back to a 1977 episode of Kojak. She had a memorable recurring role as 'Nurse Shirley Daniels' in St. Elsewhere (1983-85) and later, she appeared several times as a nurse on the David E. Kelley show Chicago Hope (1996-99). She also appeared on an episode of The Practice (2003) which included Boston Legal guest actors Dennis Arndt and Vic Polizos. She was also in an episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation (1992).
