Played by Patrick Renna
Warren Peters is the baby-faced attorney who is easily intimidated by
Denny Crane. In
2x09 [Gone], Denny gathers a large group of colleagues in a conference room to provide a show of force. Peters represents
Randall Kirk, the man Denny shot with a paintball pellet, but after hearing Denny's lecture about power and money, he drops Kirk's case. In
2x18 [Shock And Oww!], Peters represents Russell Blayney, the defendant in the "American homeowner" case. When Denny decides he wants to take the case, he asks Blayney: "Who would you rather have as your attorney? Me? Or Hacky McGuilty Verdict here?" Peters answers the question for his soon-to-be-ex-client: "I've faced him before. You'd rather have him."
