  • "Mad Cow" episode At 81 I have viewed many shows through the years and have been sad at the mostly dismal TV programs we have any more but Boston Legal exceeds all my expectations for superb, imaginative, intelligent scripting and fine acting. The above episode was beyond excellent in my estimation, especially its conclusion....portraying on election eve a sensitive, beautifully crafted and touching finale. The scenes of people voting, a pride of country showing on their sober faces and the fine, accompanying music strengthening the effectiveness of that finale superbly could not have been better.! Thank you for this production. Please don't let the excellence of each program EVER slide backwards. Once in a while we viewers need to know what fine acting is all about. Thanks!

  • Identify Spader/Shore episode At the end of an episode, last season I think, Spader/Shore gives a final argument to the jury in which he lists all the ways the TV industry has a negative impact on viewers. I want to play this speech to students in one of my classes, but I can't find it on the "Boston Legal" website. Does anyone know the date and name of the episode where this jury speech occurs? Thanks much! Kevin

  • Sick of the Liberal crap - Kill Baby, Kill Episode Sigh... *shakes head* I've been seeing this all over the internet... and all I can say is that people are WAY to quick to take offense... The episode was not commenting that you have to be an idiot to vote Republican... it was about how people vote for MANY stupid reasons... and that you should really form your own opinions by reading the newspaper and find out information and not get it from you know... random bloggers... I suggest you watch the episode again... and when you do... you'll notice that the person who fired the defendant voted for MCCAIN... But he fired the defendant because her reason for voting for McCain was just plain stupid... SHE was stupid...

When asked whats the difference between Obama and McCain's economic policies... She answered, "Taxes?" and then looked at the judge for confirmation... Alan's defense was that people are free to vote for any stupid reason they want be it Democratic or Republican... They can vote based on Obama's ball playing skills, vote based on that Palin is simply a woman... But OH because the defendant voted for McCain you all jump and say its a liberal, left-wing agenda... Wake up... people vote based on stupid, idiotic reasons for BOTH parties... and that was what happened in this case... Oh and Shirley wept because it was the first black president... *rolls eyes* but I suppose your offended by this? Oh and please tell what all this OTHER liberal crap is... I'm dying to know...
